Programs / 14 Smart Full Body Workouts
One movement
a day. That's
the whole thing.
Fourteen days, one move each day, done slowly and with intention. Even a single minute of the right movement creates real change.
What makes
a movement smart
These aren't easier versions of gym exercises. Each one is built on three things, and doing it slowly is what makes all three work.
- 🎯Neuromuscular activation The movement asks your nervous system to find muscle you've stopped recruiting — which is why it feels harder than it looks from outside.
- ⚙️Joint-friendly mechanics No jumping, no loading a joint through a range it isn't ready for. Nothing here punishes knees, wrists or lower back.
- 🐢Deep control Slow and deliberate, because momentum is what lets a body cheat. Take the momentum away and one minute does the work of ten.

Every plane of movement
Across the fourteen days the moves cover the sagittal, frontal and transverse planes, so nothing gets trained in one direction and left in the others.
Designed for real bodies
Modifications for every movement mean you can start where you actually are rather than where a program assumes you are.
Repeatable forever
Fourteen movements you'll know by heart. Once the two weeks are done, they become the things you reach for on any day that gets away from you.
Ready for the
full fourteen days?
Stop Sagginess takes the same principles and builds them into a structured 14-day program — six short videos a day, twelve minutes total, with a nutrition guide included. It closes permanently at the end of 2026.
Questions
Is one movement a day really enough?
For fourteen days, yes — provided you do it slowly and with attention. This pack isn't trying to replace a full program. It's built to keep you moving through a week that would otherwise be a blank.
Do I need equipment?
No. Bodyweight only. A mat is optional.
How is this different from Stop Sagginess?
Same principles, much smaller commitment. Stop Sagginess is a structured 14-day program with six videos a day and a nutrition guide; this is one movement a day, with no structure to fall behind on.
Can I do both?
Yes, and many women do — these moves work well as a warm-up or as a lighter day inside the bigger program.
Can I get a refund?
No. The content is delivered digitally the moment you pay, so all sales are final.
