New program

Stronger.
More defined.
Athletic legs.

Fourteen days of bodyweight training that actually starts in the right place — with how your hips move, and which muscles are doing the work.

This isn't a weight-loss program. It won't make your legs smaller. It'll make them stronger, more defined, and better at being legs.

Why this works when
more squats didn't

Hip movement first

How your hips move determines which muscles actually do the work when you squat, walk or run. Most people add more training on top of movement that isn't working right yet. This starts by fixing that.

Posterior chain

Most programs pile on squats and lunges, which means your quads do everything and your glutes and hamstrings get left behind. This one deliberately works the other way around.

Smart progression

You don't get stronger legs by doing more of the same thing. Each day builds on the last — mobility first, then control, then strength.

Movement first.
Then strength.

Your legs don't work in isolation. This program addresses the whole chain — from how your hips move to how your muscles learn to share the load.

1

Hip mobility and rotation

Before any real loading, you restore the range and control your hips should have. That alone changes which muscles engage when you train — and when you just walk around.

2

Muscle control and activation

You'll learn to feel and actually use the muscles that have quietly switched off — glutes, hamstrings, the stabilisers nobody talks about. So when the strength work starts, it reaches the right places.

3

Posterior-chain strength

With the mobility and control in place, the program adds real challenge — and your body is ready for it.

4

Functional movement and coordination

The last few days bring more complex movements — the kind that show up in how you move, train and feel on a normal day.

What we're working toward isn't smaller legs. It's legs that are strong, defined and proportioned — and that move the way they look.

Is this for you?

Yes, if

  • You want your legs to look and feel stronger — not just smaller
  • Your legs feel stiff, heavy, or off-balance and you're not sure why
  • You've been doing squats and lunges for months but your legs don't look the way you expected
  • You want to actually understand what's happening, not just follow a rep count
  • You'd rather train at home than in a gym

Probably not, if

  • You're primarily looking for weight loss
  • You want a high-intensity, maximum-sweat session every day
  • You're recovering from an acute lower-body injury without medical clearance
  • You're looking for a bodybuilding-style hypertrophy program

Questions

Do I need any equipment?

No. Everything is bodyweight. A yoga mat is optional but more comfortable.

How long does each day take?

15 minutes or less. Five exercises per day with clear video for each one.

Will this make my legs smaller?

This program isn't designed for weight loss. What women typically notice is better shape, more definition, improved posture and less stiffness. That's the goal.

I have tight hips and weak glutes. Is this for me?

Yes — that's actually who this program is for. It starts with mobility and muscle activation, so it meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.

Can I do this if I'm older or have joint issues?

The program is designed to be easy on joints. If you have a diagnosed condition, check with your doctor first. And you never need to match the range shown in the video — work in your own comfortable range.

Can I do this alongside Stop Sagginess?

Better in sequence than at the same time — both are 14-day programs with a daily commitment. Finish one, then the other. They complement each other well.

What if I miss a day?

Just pick up the next day. Two weeks of mostly-showing-up beats two weeks of perfect-or-nothing.

14 days to legs that
work the way they look

Bodyweight only. Fifteen minutes a day. Smarter than anything you've tried before.
